SHIPPING

All products are processed the same day we receive an Order and shipped within 12 hours. On most occasions, the product(s) will be shipped the same day if we receive an Order during normal business hours. Once the Order is shipped, the buyer will promptly receive the tracking number via email and/or a mobile message.


RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Please provide the original Packing Slip with your return. Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
